Since March of 2009, we have delivered a series of successful results to our clients, ranging from
business plans for startup ventures, to taking an active role in assisting the Owner of a growing business
address tactical issues while painting a strategic road map, to acquiring clients for an early stage
company. At the end of the day, CEOs and Business Owners don’t feel alone in the quest to deliver on
the promises of their respective visions.
Success in delivering professional services rests in these principles, practiced daily—Listen with
intensity, Respond with urgency and Serve with flexibility. Benchmarking and learning from world class
organizations, having a solution or an opinion means nothing to a client seeking advice, until we have
heard what stands in the way of their success, not ours. Ultimately, success will come to us when we
stretch our rules to serve our client’s needs.
Sharing our knowledge with our clients fuels our financial model; giving back to the community grounds
us with our sense of purpose. Examples over the years have included volunteer, Board leadership
positions with the Center for the Visually Impaired in Atlanta, being a volunteer teacher with Junior
Achievement (Dallas), working 100 hours in a real ER at Parkland Memorial Hospital (Dallas) and serving
as a volunteer and then Board member at the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind.
